Our story

Plans built to solve
business problems

Most retirement plans are built to pass tests. Very few are built to solve business problems. Caliper was created to change that.

After years inside large plan administration firms, we saw the same pattern repeat itself: plans were installed for compliance, then left on autopilot. Owners paid for them, employees ignored them, and the real opportunity — using retirement plans as a business and tax strategy — was missed.

Caliper exists to bring intentional design back into retirement plans. We don't start with plan type. We start with understanding the business.

"A caliper is a precision instrument — it measures, adjusts, and aligns. That's how we work: calibrated plans, measurable outcomes."

Our client process
1
Meeting One — Introduction
We learn how the business operates, clarify objectives, and explain how retirement plans function as strategic tools — not just benefits.
2
Meeting Two — Decisions
We present a clear cost and impact analysis. The owner makes an informed, executive-level decision with full visibility into design options, costs, and outcomes.
